Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours. During product launches, promotions, and holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Elmwood Park Soap is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Elmwood Park Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact USPS directly and file a claim when applicable.
